To whom this may concern

The 2010 softball season is rapidly approaching. The entry

fee is $1000.00. This fee covers team liability insurance, as

well as umpires, scorekeepers, statistician, awards, and

miscellaneous expenses such as phone and fax lines

in the booth, as well as printing costs: rules, by-laws,

line-up cards, standing, and stats sheets during the year.

Note - New teams cost: $1050.00 including probation fee.

The entry fee, as well as typed rosters with:

full name, address, phone numbers, email,

are due March 10th, 2010. Letter of intent will

be accepted only with temp. personal check

to be held until company sponsor check due.
